APPETIZER
Have you ever tried nettle pesto? Now here’s an iron packed delicacy not to be missed. Nettle is famous for its many health benefits. It grows widely and wildly in our area. Complemented with basil, pumpkin seeds and walnuts, this is a versatile spread which pairs amazingly with our homemade sourdough bread.
Local goat’s cheese further brings out the nettle taste and complements it perfectly.
FIRST COURSE
Crispy squid pie, soft, cheesy and delicately spiced with local herbs.
MAIN COURSE
The star of this menu is our homemade, silky, cuttlefish pasta. Prepared traditionally, mostly similar to how cuttlefish risotto is made, this dish will have you licking your fingers and asking for more. Rich and creamy, with the distinct flavors and softness of the cuttlefish and fresh herbs, this is a pasta dish that is clearly not a ‘primo piatto’ but the true focus of this menu.
DESSERT
Blueberry pie is just as it sounds! Packed with magical fresh berries in between layers of paper-thin filo pastry, this is a berryliscious delight to round up this taste journey.
DRINKS
Digestive (liqueur or rakija), a glass of local wine or beer, Nespresso or local coffee and water are included.
Price: 80 € per person

It is allowed and possible to choose only one and the same favourite menu for you and your entire group: Meat, Sea or Vege (except in case of dietary restrictions).
