APPETIZER
To start with, we serve homemade flat bread with local goat’s cheese and a lovely garden salad, exclusively made with fresh vegetables and fruits grown organically in our own garden. Fresh and packed with sunshine!
FRIST COURSE
The entree is followed by a homemade pasta dish, starring some stovetop grilled fresh scampi. The sauce is made with baked cherry tomatoes which are then blended with local herbs and spices and added to the scampi.
MAIN COURSE
The main dish depends on what our local fishermen caught on the morning or your visit. We serve fresh fish prepared in a traditional sea salt oven, accompanied with baked vegetables. Fresh seafood needs little improvement, so we’re keeping this dish simple and letting the Adriatic work its magic.
DESSERT
Orange and chocolate have always been a match made in heaven. Now, imagine a soft cake with a whole ground orange in the dough, drizzled with chocolate on top.
Extra pieces are available, just so you don’t panic.
DRINKSDigestive (liqueur or rakija), a glass of local wine or beer, Nespresso or local coffee and water are included.

IT'S GOOD TO KNOW:
It is allowed and possible to choose only one and the same favourite menu for you and your entire group: Meat, Sea or Vege (except in case of dietary restrictions).
