4-COURSE FAMILY STYLE MEDITERRANEAN MENU
APPETIZER
Homemade sourdough bread. Starters. Choice of spreads, cheeses and fresh salads served.
FIRST COURSE
Traditional nettle pie with goat cheese and almonds. This jewel tastes a bit like our surroundings, a true local dish packed with fresh flavors and coastal energy.
MAIN COURSE
These funky starters are followed by a very different beef knuckle, chilly type dish.
Firstly, we caramelize the veggies and add some pelati. We then add the meat and bake forever, until the meat literally falls off the bones. The meat is accompanied by some white beans, cooked in olive oil and rice and yoghurt.
This combo calls for a fresh coriander, green pepper, tomato, garlic and Evoo salsa to go with, just to break up the umami flavors of the beef.
DESSERT
Homemade ice cream rounds this menu up like a charm! It’s so creamy and delicious, you needn’t worry, we’ll have a proper batch ready for your multiple servings!
DRINKS
Digestive (liqueur or rakija), a glass of local wine or beer, Nespresso or local coffee and water are included.
