APPETIZER
Homemade sourdough bread with extra virgin olive oil garlic confit. We all love garlic bread don’t we, so think of his as the all time ultimate take on these two classic ingredients.
FIRST COURSE
Summer galette with seasonal tomatoes, grown in our own organic garden, drenched in butter, thyme, rosemary, parmesan and onion, with a tiny background pinch of cinnamon.... If our surroundings had a taste then this would be it - the Adriatic essence in one mouthful.
MAIN COURSE
Beer braised minced chicken, on a bed of grandma Lena's oven baked potatoes, drizzled with 4 types of melted cheese... This main course is just as perfect as it sounds, deep, gold, layered, cheesy and ideal for all those who love chicken! It’s a must try!
DESSERT
If you have ever visited this part of the world then you’d have noticed that plums are big around here. And if you want to accent their perfectly sweet and sour tingly taste then all you need to do is pair them with chocolate. That’s exactly what we did, in the shape of a plum tart. Yum!
DRINKS
Digestive (liqueur or rakija), a glass of local wine or beer, Nespresso or local coffee and water are included.

It is allowed and possible to choose only one and the same favourite menu for you and your entire group: Meat, Sea or Vege (except in case of dietary restrictions).
