APPETIZER
Homemade sourdough bread. Starters. Choice of spreads, cheeses and fresh salads served.
FIRST COURSE
Think of pide more like a boat shaped flatbread than pizza. This eastern dish is absolutely ideal for a light entree. We make ours with spinach and cheese, one of those combos which are just so perfect together.
MAIN COURSE
The pide is followed by chicken wings marinated in a soy and honey sauce and served with Japanese fried vegetable rice. This is one of those dishes which appeals to all the senses and is truly comforting and filling.
DESSERT
Now, what is the difference between a classic French apple pie and Dutch apple pie?
It’s mainly in the top crust. The Dutch apple pie which we serve in this menu has a lovely, crumbly, crunchy top layer instead of a pastry layer. It just makes the contrast between the softened apples and the crumble all the bit more exquisite.
DRINKS
Digestive (liqueur or rakija), a glass of local wine or beer, Nespresso or local coffee and water are included.

It is allowed and possible to choose only one and the same favourite menu for you and your entire group: Meat, Sea or Vege (except in case of dietary restrictions).
