APPETIZER
Homemade sourdough bread. Choice of spreads, cheeses and fresh salads.
FIRST COURSE
We start this one off with fried feta cheese. To liven things up we’ve added panko crumbs, honey, lemon zest and thyme! Crunchy, zesty and cheesy, what more could you ask for from a starter?
Maybe some homemade sourdough bread to go with it...and we’ve got that covered
MAIN COURSE
This is where some serious meat comes in, and we’re talking highest quality lamb knuckles and slow baked ribs served on a bed of pureed aubergines. The puree is a feast in itself - the aubergines are charred, then skinned and mixed with wild rocket pesto, garlic and melted cheese. Huh?
For a bit of freshness on the side we serve rocket salad with cherry tomatoes, balsamico and extra virgin olive oil (all from our own garden)
DESSERT
Last but not least, cause there’s always space for a little sweet treat, a sour cherry and chocolate tart! These two really love each other.
DRINKS
Digestive (liqueur or rakija), a glass of local wine or beer, Nespresso or local coffee and water are included.
Price: 85 € per person
IT'S GOOD TO KNOW:
It is allowed and possible to choose only one and the same favourite menu for you and your entire group: Meat, Sea or Vege (except in case of dietary restrictions).
