Pasta Milanese is an authentic and homemade flavor that we made with goal to transport you directly to the heart of Italy. Adition of aubergines fried in light and crispy tradicional Japanese panko breadcrumbs with a touch of fresh rosemary, elevates this pasta to the next level.
