FIRST COURSE

End the day with a tasty and healthy snack - pure spelt flour homemade bread and spicy Fava bean spread. Our spelt flour bread is rich with vitamins and proteins that provide the necessary energy and strength for a successful day, while Fava bean spread, made with aromatic capers marinated in fresh olive oil thoroughly enriches the flavors of this healthy bread. Fava bean is everyday food full of taste from which pure delicacies can be made of, and at the same time it is generous enough to satisfy the daily cravings for delicious food.

MAIN COURSE

Spring is the right time to make the most of what our carefully tended garden gives us, so we are happy to choose a combination of wild nettle and courgettes for our vegetarian pasta that will add green shades to your plate with its bright colors. This light and refreshing combination of flavors is also an absolute recommendation for the hot summer days ahead. And for true gourmands, a magic touch of parmesan combined with a sip of favorite white wine will make you thirsty for more of our delicious homemade pasta.

DESSERT

Walnut cresents are the right choice that will leave a unique impression in your mouth filled with rich taste of walnuts sprinkled with sweet cinnamon and a dash of bourbon vanilla. Indulge in this crunchy delight that will sweeten your day.

DRINKS

Digestive (liqueur or rakija), a glass of local wine or beer, Nespresso or local coffee and water are included.
